Today I put up a companion MySpace page for this site.

This insanely popular social networking website is now the third most viewed website according to comScore’s Media Metrix.  It’s not just for kid’s anymore.

I’ll begin promoting the MySpace page on January 1st and publish here the methods I use and the results.  For those of you that want to view it before it’s official launch in 2007 you can see it at:

I’m spending today getting organized. So I’m going to describe all the little pieces of software that I use (most of them free) and show you where to get them.

Just 10 days till Project Greenbacks kicks off!! 

I don’t know what will be my first project site of the new year, but to get it done quick I’ll probably go with something that markets to affiliate programs.

The first thing I’ll do is put some Google Ads at the top.  If you look to the right sidebar of this site you will see some Google AdSense.  Normally I would also run some Google Ads at the top of a site, but I’m not using this site as a revenue site.  Since a lot of my friends and family will be using this site, I didn’t want annoy them too much just to make extra money.  BUT I’m also not going to leave any money on the table (and you shouldn’t either when building sites, even personal sites) so I put them off to the side.

Many of you have been asking when Project Greenback will be up and running.  Well, today is the day and this is the first of many posts.

I promised you it would be before the beginning of the new year and I have 12 days to spare.

Even before the January 1st launch, I’ll still pop in and give some updates.
